• Throttle (reduce) speeds for heavy data users.
   
• Temporarily suspend service if usage significantly exceeds plan limits.
   
• Contact customers in advance when possible.
   

2.5 Customer Responsibility

• Monitor your usage to stay within your plan limits.
   
• Report any unusual account activity promptly.
